Today's the Day...

I start exercising again. I started doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred on Jan 29th. I did it for 4 days before I slipped on some water (my clumsy dog knocked over his water bowl, & my clumsy self slipped) & hurt my back. Good news is I lost 4lbs & didn't gain it back :) 

I'm pretty excited about starting it back up! It's time for me to lose this baby & after wedding weight!
